"The Sacramento Horror Film Festival is a sincere event run by passionate and genuine fans of the genre that truly support the art of independent filmmaking. So many festivals lose focus among pretension and frivolous things that have nothing to do with what it means to love the genre and art form. Tim Meunier has created an annual tradition that encapsulates what it means to "live for this stuff". The Sac Horror Fest is always an eclectic mix of events, people, and screenings that stimulate the brain and heart. I am very appreciative for the honor that has been bestowed upon me and my film at the festival and it's part in my career. I have fond memories of the stellar fans that arrived in full costumes, the family like staff, and the comfortable setting. You arrive in order to take in some awesome horror flicks and events, but leave with more than just memories, you go home with a new horror family.

"ALARMA was filmed in Sacramento starring actors from Sacramento. So I was thrilled when we were able to premiere the short at the 2008 Sacramento Horror Film Festival!
